Aromatherapy Products Safety:

Sales Tax Information:
New York state residents will be charged NY sales tax on all products.
Shipping Information:
We ship orders within the United States by USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail. Please choose your preferred shipping method: First Class Mail ( for orders weighing less than 8 oz), Uninsured Priority Mail or Insured Priority Mail. Estimated delivery time for the orders shipped by Priority mail is 2 (two) business days. Shipping charges and sales tax (for NY residents) will be added to the total of the order in the order form during order placement. The actual shipping fee depends on the weight of the package and the destination.
We ship international orders via Global Priority Mail- estimated shipping time is 4-10 days, Global Express Mail-estimated shipping time is 3-5 days or Airmail letter post service for small packages. Tracking and shipping insurance service are available only with the Global Express Mail.
Note: Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be a subject to local duty charges by your government. Please contact your local customs office to see what these charges will be BEFORE placing your order.
Return Policy:
Due to hygienic considerations all opened or used personal skin care products are NON-RETURNABLE.
We offer full refund for all unopened and unused products during the first 15 days after their purchase.
If you received damaged package please contact us immediately. You will be asked to ship back to us all the packing materials with original labels and package contents so we will be able to initiate insurance claim with USPS service. We offer a 15 day money back guarantee on all damaged items in their original packaging, excluding shipping costs. Returns must be received by JenulenceTM within 15 days of the original order to qualify for this guarantee.
